Set in 1992 Los Angeles, this black and white film follows two Korean brothers, Eli and Daniel, as they struggle to keep the doors of their shoe store open. They soon befriend Kamilia, an eleven-year-old African American girl. The trio’s personal struggles climax alongside the LA riots. The film offers a poignant point of view of the riots and those affected. Panel to follow after the 7:00 PM showing on Tuesday.
